Scale Coaching

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for world-class executives who have operated as VP or above in revenue leading roles. You’ll need a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS businesses, exceptional listening skills and a passion for growth. You’ll ask thought-provoking questions and share powerful insights to help clients scale.

What will you get?

You’ll get to impact the success of interesting scale-ups, work 100% remotely and flexibly alongside other commitments and access a constant flow of learning and community interaction opportunities. 

 

Our dedicated Scale Coaching Platform makes the process simple for you by
taking care of contracts, invoicing and payments. You’ll get paid £225 (or equivalent USD/EUR) per hour and benefit from various exclusive offers from select partners, including free, unlimited access to the Sales Impact Academy courses.

How do we onboard?

Onboarding is a four stage process:

  1. Complete an application form
  2. If there’s a fit, you’ll be invited to an ‘Introduction to Scalewise’ call 
  3. Interview with a member of the Scalewise team
  4. If successful, you’ll be invited to attend ‘Scale Expert as Coach’ onboarding workshop

Interim & Fractional Leaders

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for experienced leaders who can systematically diagnose challenges, uncover impactful growth opportunities and execute best practices using tried-and-tested methodologies. 

 

Interim Leaders typically fill a gap between permanent hires and are often required for between 3-5 days per week for 4-8 months.

 

Fractional Leaders are often used when a company isn’t quite ready to hire a full time, permanent leader and are typically required for 1-3 days per week for 6 – 12 months.

We need Delivery Partners who have an established consultancy business with defined services and methodologies and a proven track record in B2B SaaS.

You’ll receive a detailed brief and support throughout the project, where required. You’ll have the ability to work with and learn from other exceptional Delivery Partners.

  2. If there’s a fit you’ll be invited to an ‘Introduction to Scalewise’ call 
  3. You’ll provide a product or service brochure and two relevant references
  4. If there’s a fit, you’ll be added to our Delivery Partner community and contacted when relevant opportunities become available
