About Becky Dixon

I began my career in TV, where I spent over 10 years with exceptionally talented and creative individuals. From Runner to Senior Producer, I developed a wealth of transferable skills.

My role was to ensure long lasting, happy clients, while delivering world class visual effects.

I then spent 6 years organising and creating workshop events. Here I continued to develop my love of supporting a community, while learning a whole heap of new skills.<br
Having not worked within SaaS scale-up businesses before I feel I’m absorbing fast and loving it! I assist both the Revenue Collective and Scalewise to ensure our Clients and Scale Experts achieve their goals. I’m highly passionate about attention-to-detail and thrive on helping others to ensure a smooth, professional and enjoyable experience for all.

What’s the highlight of your career?

This might sound cliché but helping Scalewise grow and develop is really something. Being involved in the business from early on has been truly inspiring. I’m learning every day from the very best, it’s a privilege to help and support such talented individuals, while doing what I love most - organising them.

What’s the number one piece of advice you’ve ever received?

To imagine I was on a desert island with no one to ask but myself. Before, I’d reach out for help to solve a problem, I now look to myself and think, what would I do, how will I solve this? This advice changed my mindset helping me help others with solutions first - offering a starting block to work from empowered me and gave me the confidence to know I can.
