General

We help B2B SaaS companies scale their go-to-market capability – combining strategic advisory with talent solutions. We work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps.

Primarily B2B tech businesses at Seed to Series B stage, typically £2m–£15m ARR, headquartered in EMEA.

Traditional recruiters fill roles. We diagnose growth challenges, help companies build the right GTM strategy, and then supply the talent to execute it. This means we deeply understand the context behind every role we brief.

Fractional & Interim Roles​

A part-time leadership engagement – typically 1–3 days per week – where you embed in a client’s business to drive execution and deliver results.

A full-time or near full-time engagement, usually covering a gap while a company hires permanently or navigates a transition period

ScaleWise. We act as your contractual partner, taking on the commercial and contractual risk so you can focus on delivery.

£800 – £1,500 depending on role scope and client budget. Rates are always stated upfront in the role brief.

 

At month-end, you confirm your hours with ScaleWise. We invoice the client, and once payment is received (standard 30-day terms), we pay you promptly and in full.

 

Business-related expenses are agreed in advance and paid directly by the client, not through ScaleWise.

Typically three months, though this varies by role. The expected duration is stated in each brief.

 

Yes, provided there are no conflicts of interest and you can meet your commitments to each client.

 

We’ll discuss the circumstances and, where appropriate, help you find your next opportunity. Our goal is to support long-term relationships with our community.
