On-Demand Roles - Fractional, Interim & Coaching

Our clients are looking for proven leaders who can step into critical business roles and make an immediate impact (in a part-time and / or temporary capacity). Our Fractional Leaders have a track record of hitting the ground running and delivering substantial results while working with agility. Specifically, we are looking for accomplished revenue leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps, with the following experience:

  • 3+ years in VP or C-level leadership roles
  • 3+ years in fast-growing B2B tech start-ups or scale-ups
  • Led an impressive growth journey with at least 2 years of tenure within the same organisation
  • Experience in VC-backed B2B tech companies, especially Seed, Series A, or Series B businesses
  • Fractional, interim, consulting, and/or coaching experience (preferred, but not essential)
  • Fundraising experience (preferred, but not essential)
  • Involvement in an exit or IPO (preferred, but not essential)
  • Board membership (preferred, but not essential)
  • Based in Europe
