Fractional Leaders (part-time / interim roles)

Our clients partner with ScaleWise when they need proven, high-impact GTM Leaders who can step into critical commercial roles and deliver results fast.

We work exclusively with fast-scaling, product-led B2B technology companies, typically investor-backed. (We don’t work with managed service providers, agencies, consultancies, or resellers.)

For our Fractional roles, we’re looking for seasoned revenue leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, or broader GTM leadership - who bring recent operational experience within our ICP and can make an immediate impact:

  • 5+ years in VP or C-level GTM leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading or contributing to the £2–£10M ARR growth journey
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strong year-on-year growth (50–100%)
  • 3+ years tenure within one company (in the past 10 years)
  • Clearly defined GTM expertise with a strong track record of measurable impact (references available)
  • Based in Europe, able to support UK or European scaling businesses
