What are we looking for?
Our permanent hires work full-time at a fast-growth B2B tech company. We’re looking for talented GTM leaders who have at least 2 years experience in:
- Head-of, VP or C-level roles based in EMEA
- VC-backed B2B tech businesses at Series A or Series B
- GTM leadership in sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships or RevOps

What are we looking for?
Interim & Fractional leaders work flexibly according to the client’s specific needs. ‘Interim’ leaders typically work 3–5 days per week for 4–8 months. ‘Fractional’ leaders typically work 1–3 days per week for 6–12 months. We’re looking for experienced GTM leaders who can:
- Jump into an organisation at short notice and get up to speed quickly
- Systematically diagnose challenges and uncover impactful growth opportunities
- Work at a fast pace and execute best practices using tried-and-tested methodologies

What are we looking for?
Scale Coaches typically work 2–4 hours per month whilst working in a full-time or portfolio capacity. We’re looking for experienced GTM leaders who have:
- Operated as VP level or above in GTM roles at scaling B2B SaaS businesses
- Have powerful insights, methodologies and strategies to share and help clients scale
- Exceptional listening skills and a passion for developing individuals
What will you get?
